  2. Make ready 4 Green cardamoms
  3. Make ready 1 black cardamom
  4. Make ready 8-10 black pepper seeds

  7. Get 4 cloves
  8. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Make ready 1 pinch nutmeg

Steps to make Masala Milk:
  1. Boil milk in a pan. Slow the flame when milk comes to boiling point. Let it simmer on low flame till it is 1/3rd.
  2. In the meanwhile coarsely grind all the ingredients like green and black cardamom, black pepper seeds, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
  3. Mix coarsely ground mixture in the milk. Add turmeric powder and allow it to simmer on low flame for 5 minutes. Add shakkar. Now pour it in serving glasses through the sieve.
  4. Serve hot garnished with chopped pistachio.
