I grew up eating paella every sunday with my family, and it´s a very special dish, it brings everyone together to the table and always creates beautiful memories. Steps to make Paella:
  1. Dice and pre cook the chicken in a large pan with a little oil.

  8. Add the paella rice into the mixture and cook for a further 7 minutes then add the stock.
  9. Stir and turn down the heat to low and put a lid on to the pan.
  10. Cook for an hour or so till 3/4 of the liquid has gone.
  11. Welst cooking keep checking every 10 minutes and stir regularly in till cooked.
  12. Serve with garlic bread.
