- Take 1 cup Whole wheat flour
- Prepare 1/2 cup yogurt

- Make ready 1 Tbsp Peanut oil

- In a bowl add Whole wheat flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chopped green chillies, peanut oil and mix.
- Add chopped Moringa leaves, and with yogurt start making the dough. Add water if needed. The dough should be soft. Smear with oil and keep it covered with a muslin cloth for 5-10 mins
- Make balls and Roll out the dough. Add little wheat flour if needed while make the Parathas.
- Heat the tawa and roast the Paratha. Add ghee to fry on both sides. Enjoy with pickle and yoghurt
