  2. Heat a frying pan, and pour in olive oil. Add the onion, and saute until translucent. Add the ground beef and stir-fry. When the colour of the meat changes, add the octopus as well.
  3. Turn down the heat. Add the basil paste and salted kelp powder to Step 2, then continue stir-frying. Add the rice as well. Taste and adjust the flavor with salt, then it's done!
