- Start by frying the onion in olive oil. Add the garlic a few moments later and cook for a minute or so until fragrant. Do not let the garlic or onion burn.

Start with a base of the cream and then rice, and then cream and so on until you end up with cream at the top. Fresh tuna steaks can be prepared with no salt.
