- Select papaya..today i choose the one still firm,but color turn to yellow..this give me sweetness,so i dont add any sugar, this portion is for my sister
- Peel,thinny slice papaya
- 2 chilli,2 clove of garlic,crush by pestel and mortar
- Add yard long bean slicd,eggplant sliced,tomto sliced,crush
- Add lime juice,sugar,fish suce,mix well,taste…add to your liking flavor inthis step
- Add thinny sliced papaya,mix well and serve with some grills :)
