Instead of cutting them into wheels I simply cut each roll in half for a new twist to traditional salami roll ups. I too chopped up the green onions making the roll ups much easier to bite into. Adding a dash of crushed red pepper to the cheese/cream cheese mixture gives added flavor! In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; stir in the olives and onions. Roll up, jelly-roll style, starting with a short side.
