  1. Add wheat flour in a mixing bowl and add salt and knead a soft dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel, Wash and chop onions, green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger mash 2 Boiled potatoes.
  3. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander seeds powder, and chaat masala and mix well.
  4. Take a portion of dough and make a ball. Roll it. Keep filling in the centre and seal it. Roll again with rolling pin.
  5. Heat a griddle and place the paratha on it and roast on medium flame for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast for 1 minute. Now apply ghee all over and flip.
  6. Apply ghee on other side also and roast till golden brown. Like wise make all the parathas.
