  14. Squeeze 1 lemon
  15. Mix both the GRAVIES AND MASH it well
  16. Once it boils and thickens garnish it with coriander and onions and serve it with bread

This vegan version uses no oil or ghee. My vegan version of pav bhaji didn't have quite as many vegetables as Sailu's-I was missing beets, which gave hers such a beautiful, vibrant color.
