  7. Add garlic paste, continue to sauté for a minute.
  8. Reduce the heat to medium. Add prepared masala paste from the first step. Saute well.
  9. Add ½ cup of water, salt and pressure cook for 2 – 3 whistles or till done.
  10. Dish out and garnish with coriander.
  11. Serve hot with rice, roti and dal.
