  1. Heat oil in a skillet..add sun dried lentils and fry till golden brown..take out from the skillet
  2. Add panch phoran and dried red chillies and let it splutter.
  3. Add all the vegetables and fry,once fried add sun dried lentils and add half cup of water add salt to taste and haldi.
  4. Let it cook until done.Serve hot with chapatis.

Sobji Dal is, when Mung Dal or Small Yellow Lentil is cooked with chopped vegetabes. This is a very healthy and comfort food. This dal can be served to any aged person.
