- Phir thora bhun kar isme red chilli powder add karen.
- Phir isme haldi powder add karen.
- Phir isme kashmiri red chilli powder add karen.
- Phir isme zeera powder add karen aur bhunain.
- Phir isme chicken powder add karen.
- Hasb.e.zaroorat salt add karen.
- Chota sa gur ka piece add karen ta ke ap jo masala bana rahe hain usa ik caramelized sa texture ban jaye.
- Hara chaniya chop karlen aur thora uppar se sprinkle karen.
- Low flame par kuch dair pakne dein. lid se cover kar lein.
