- Making the potlis - Divide the dough in 9 portions. Take one portion and roll in to round shape
- Now in the centre place a little amount of stuffing, over the stuffing place one cube of cheese and cover the cheese with some more stuffing
- Now fold the roti from corners and form a potli
- Grease the potlis with some butter and garnish with chilli flakes
- Pre heat the kadai with some salt.
- Keep the potlis in a plate and place the plate in the kadai. On a low flame bake the potlis for about 40 - 45 mins
- Tasty, cheesy paneer potlis are ready to serve.
- Note - You can replace the paneer with grated chicken or scrambled eggs for a non vegetarian potli.
