- First take all ingredients and cut them
- Make the puriy of tomatoes..and finely chopped onion..then make a paste of two soaked red Chili with ginger and garlic
- Now first take a Kadhai put some Oil and butter in it..then add hing and jeera after that add onion in it…after onion gets cooked add the Chili paste to it mix it well.
- Then add tomato puriy cook it add chopped capsicum and potatoes to it..then add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, dhaniya powder and salt for taste.
- Till the time it’s cooking take small pan and shallow fry paneer with oil and Chili powder.
- After the gravy is well cooked add the paneer to the gravy and cook for 5 min add some water.
- After that serve in bowl put charcoal and butter and smoke it and for decoration put some fresh cream and coriander to it.and we are done with yummy veggie paneer angara😋😋
