- Make ready 150 gm Green Moong dal pre soaked
- Get 50 gm spinach
- Take 4-5 Green Chilli
- Make ready 1 tsp ginger paste
- Prepare Pinch hing (asafoetida)

- Get as needed Oil to fry

- Pre- soak the dal for atleast 5-6 hrs. Then wash it thoroughly.
- Now in a mixer add the dal and whole coriander seeds and mix it into a course paste. Don't add water to this paste
- Now take the paste in a bowl add ginger paste, finely chopped spinach, hing, salt, finely chopped green chiles and coriander leaves. Add some madia/ rice flour for crispyness and binding. Mix them well
- In a kadai add oil. Let it heat well then make small balls and let it fry. It should cooked from inside if required lower the flame
- Serve it with green chutney
