Gently spread the mixture all over the mould and then with the help of spatula…press it little hard so that the mixture just combine and stick easily…after that cover your mould with aluminium foil…cover it well so that no air will pass…you may cover it with a plate too..but aluminium foil works well…keep it it freezer for 1 hour…then move this to freeze(refrigerator) for 1 and 1/2 hour..
  5. After 2 and 1/2 hour peel away aluminium foil…remove block of muesli from the mould
  6. Peel the butter paper and cut it into equal bars shape…. Note:::store bars in air tight container upto 1 week…for the softest bars keep at room temperature…for the slightly harder bars..store in the fridge
