The ingredients needed to make Green Papaya Chutney:
  1. Take Green papaya 1piece, sugar 200gm,salt,cashewnut 25gm,raisin 25gm
  2. Take Cherry 4 pcs,almond 5 pcs,water as required,lemon slice
Steps to make Green Papaya Chutney:
  1. Cut the papaya into 4 pieces and peel it off.
  2. Clean the pieces and Grate it.
  3. Take cashewnut, raisin,almond,cherry in a plate. Cut the cherry and almond into slices.
  4. Take a kadai and put some water to boil the grated papaya.
  5. Seive it and keep aside.
  6. Take 2 cups of sugar and 4 cups of water to make syrup.
  7. When syrup is ready add the boiled grated papaya in it. Add little amount of salt,cashewnut and raisin in it. Boil it for 10 mins.
  8. Put the gas off and make the chutney cool. After getting cooled, add lemon juice and garnish with almond and cherry slices.
  9. Put it into freezer until it is served.
