- For aloo chokha,take 5 boiled potatoes and mashed..take a pan add oil or ghee,,add jeera,add onions when translucent add tomato..

- Take a bowl add,wheat flour and daal add spices..add 1 tsp oil and knead the dough by adding water as required..
- Now roll out and make paratha on iron tawa,,toast from both sides till golden brown by applying ghee..
- Now to make tacos..take out paratha,,add tomato sauce and chilli garlic sauce..now add aloo chokha on half portion..add cheese dip..
- Now add onion rings and tomatoes and sprinkle chat masala..and now cover up by the secong half..
- Now heat the griller and add butter now grill the tacos until a nice crisp..and enjoy with nachos and curd..
