- In a mixer jar take milk powder, icing sugar and unsalted butter. Give it a good mix.
- Now add boiling water and mix to a smooth paste.
- Now add milk and mix well.
- Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool.
- Keep aside till use.
- Method For Fudge :
- Take a flat bowl or plate. Place foil at the bottom and grease it with oil. Keep it aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl mix homemade condensed milk and chocolate chips.
- Pop it in microwave, press 1 min on high and then start.
- Remove it from microwave and mix.
- If any chocolate chip is left then again pop it in microwave for 20 sec.
- Mix well to a smooth paste.
- No lumps of chocolate should remain.
- Now mix chocolate essence.
- Pour it in a foiled greased plate or flat bowl.
- Sprinkle chopped pista on it.
- Cover it and keep it in fridge for 1/2 hr to 1 hr or till set.
- When set make slices on it.
- Fudge is ready to serve.

- In this whole process you have to be quick. Otherwise fudge will start to get thick in a bowl. If it happens then again warm it in microwave for 10 sec.
