Steps to make Mango Kulfi:
  1. Take a wok add milk and cook till it's remains 1 and ½ cup. Now add condensed milk and khoya in it cook till thicken.
  2. Let it cool for 1 hour when Mixture comes on room temperature then mix cream, mango puree in it.
  3. Take blanched and peeled almonds and grind it to make Granulated form add into milk Mixture and mix well.
  4. Mango Kulfi Mixture is ready, can freeze in a large container or freeze in Kulfi moulds. Freeze it overnight for good results. Freeze for 3 hours then insert ice cream sticks in it.
  5. Tasty mango Kulfi is ready to serve. enjoy
