  1. Boil Jackfruit for 3 whistle. Take it in a bowl add gram flour and little of all the powder spices including salt.make a dough of it.
  2. Make small flattened balls of it. Fry in the oil.
  3. In a jar take all the ingredients spices with 2 onion. Grind it. Heat wok add oil onion tomato and then the masalas.
  4. Fry well till oil separates. Add water and when it starts boiling add the fried koftas. Cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Serve with rice or chapati.
