- In large bowl combine ground beef, kidney beans, lettuce, onion, tomato, green onion, cheese, olives, and Thousand Island dressing and Doritos chips.
- Garnish with salsa, sour cream and cilantro. (Green chilies and jalapeno make great additions for a little kick!)
