- In one portion of mixture add vanilla essence and mix well
- In other portion add chopped strawberries, colour and essence, stir in well
- Remove chocolate pudding bowls add strawberry mixture equally in each, keep in freezer for ten seconds
- Lastly add vanilla mixture and let it set well
- Beat whip cream with icing sugar, little vanilla essence, not must peaks formed but should be firm
