- Heat up a deep frying pan with the measured/sufficient cooking oil for deep frying the pakoras… Ensure that you don’t make the Pakoras too big in size so that they failed to be well cooked from inside & the batter consistency should be sufficiently good as in for the dropping consistency for any other kinda pakoras- not too thick nor too runny
