Instructions to make Jackfruit Kebab:
  1. In a pressure cooker heat oil and crackle seeds and add gram dal and little salt and give 3-4 whistles.
  2. Dry roast cloves, black pepper, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, mace and poppy seeds
  3. Grind all these dry roasted spices and make a powder. Then grind the dal along with other left ingredients.
  4. Take garlic, chillies, ½ onion and grind those and keep them aside.
  5. In a bowl add grinded jackfruit, dal, dry roasted spices, coriander leaves, mint leaves, chopped onion and required salt and mix them well.
  6. Grease palms and faltten the dough. On a non stick pan on a low flame cook the kebaabs.
  7. Your kebbas are now ready, serve them hot with mint chutney, coriander tomato chutney and rumali roti.
