Steps to make Tri colour parfait:
- For Rabri : In a deep pan, add milk & bring to the boil, cook on medium heat for 30 mins while stirring continuously
- Next add condensed milk and sugar mix well add cardmom powder & cook for 10 mins more mins, while stirring in between until thick.
- Once thick remove from heat, keep aside to cool
- In a glass bowl add a layer of sliced kiwi & green boondi, followed by a layer of cooled rabri and finally sweet boondi
- Once the tri colour parfait is ready, garnish with a sprig of mint & serve
