- Take one bowl and add clarified butter(ghee)in it and sugar now mix it well.now add vanilla essence to it and again mix it well.
- Now,add baking powder and all-purpose flour and lightly mix it.It will look like crumbled.
- Now divide the batter in the two part in ratio 2:1.
- Add milk in each portion to bind it.In the larger portion add red food color.

- Remove from the freezer and wrap with the white dough around the heart.roll it until all crakes removes.
- Now, wrap this roll-on butter paper and again freeze it for 30 minutes.
- Now remove from the freezer and cut into slices of 1/2 cm thickness.
- Now pre heat the pan for 5-7 minutes.after that add this cookies in the pan.cook it for 30 minutes on low flame and cover it.
- Cook it only till you get the slightly golden colour on the edges.
