Add jackfruit and some water to masala. at this time add Salt, Garam Masala and cook for 20-25 min until jackfruit is tender
- For Rice: Cook the soaked rice in 5-6 big cups of water. Put black cardmom and clove in water. Strain the water when rice is cooked 3/4th.
- Slice the remaining 2 onions and fry in 2 Tbsp of pure ghee until golden brown and crispy. Keep aside
- For assembling Biryani : Put 3 tbsp of ghee in the clay pot. Spread some rice over the ghee. And then add Jackfruit sabzi over rice, spread rice over sabzi.Spread 1/2 tbsp of ghee, some crispy fried onion over the rice. Repeat this until all sabzi and rice is over and min. 3 layers are made. At the end add saffron all over the top most layer of rice. Seal the lid of clay pot with some dough.
- Cook in low flame for 20-25 min. Open the lid and Serve hot with Mirchi ka salan or Raita.
