  3. Cook it low flame.when sugar melt. Add all spices. keep stirring continuously.
  4. Sugar dessolves and becomes chashni form.keep stirring.you can add dry fruits of your choice in it.
  5. Check chashni with two fingers.(yadi halka sa ek taar a rha hai). Then off the flame.
  6. Sweet and spicy pickle is ready.cool it and keep it in glass container.
