  1. Get 2 lb Mussel Cleaned
  2. Make ready 1 Onionchopped -
  3. Prepare 1/2 inch Ginger -
  4. Make ready 3 Garlic -
  5. Make ready 1 tsp Chilli Powder  -
  6. Prepare Turmeric powder
  7. Make ready to taste Salt -
  8. Get 1/4 tsp Pepper powder -

Steps to make Mussel Fry:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Add sliced onion and curry leaves.
  3. When onion becomes soft add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a min.
  4. Add all masala, salt and sauté for a min or two.
  5. Add diced Tomato and stir until the gravy gets thick
  6. Add mussel, cover with a lid stirring occasionally
  7. After 10-15 minutes, add rice flour and heat for another 5 minutes
  8. Enjoy Mussel fry with hot rice or roti :)
