  3. Now cook on medium to low heat for about 5 - 7 minutes, stirring constantly
  4. When your flour starts to brown add both stocks to the pot (you could use boullion and water if you like)
  5. Add salt and cayenne to your taste. There is salt in a lot of the ingredients already so be careful.
  6. Return the sausage to the pot and the turkey and bring to boil
  7. Add the cut okra and let cook for about 30 minutes until okra is soft. Too long and the okra will get slimey
  8. Put on rice
  9. Sprinkle file'on prepared bowl of gumbo and serve
