- Brush on a beaten egg (for glossing) to glue and layer the two pie sheets together. Brush the egg on the top layer as well.
- Bake in an oven for 20 minutes at 180°C. Make sure to keep an eye on them (adjust the baking time to your oven). Bake the smaller cut-out hearts at the same time.
- Melt chocolate in a bowl over a hot water bath, and pour that into the heart shaped hole to finish.
