- Pick the meat and then add to the sufuria, mix both for some time then put pilau masala for 5 minutes.
- Add 2 jugs of water, wait until the water boils then put the rice and add the salt so that it can have the taste, wait for 30 minutes for it to be ready.then serve
If any pilau is left over, store in the fridge for up to two days. Shape into small patties, and pan fry with a little oil and serve with ketchup or a relish of your choice. I use beef instead of chicken in my pilau but it can also be made plain with no meat at all. Add the Beef and then the pilau mix. Let the spices burn a bit and add salt.
