For the sweetener, you can use sugar or jaggery. Since I made a video, I have used sugar as in some countries jaggery may not be available.

- Wash and clean mangoes - Put them in a pressure cooker with 1 glass of water and cook fr 3-4 whistles
- Once they cool down, open the cooker and take out the mangoes - Discard the skin and take out pulp with a spoon.
- When the pulp cools down take it to a blender and add spices and grated jaggery. - Note: you can melt jaggery before adding to the pulp
- Give a nice churn so that mango chunks become paste nicely blended with spices.
- This will a thick pulpy mass - Add chilled water and ice cubes - Add chopped mint leaves for garnish - Serve chilled
