  1. Soak barnyard millet for half an hour.

  3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to it, then add Foxtail millet to it. Stir it for a minute.
  4. Add 2.5 cup of water to it and let it cook for 10 minutes. Foxtail millet Upma is ready to serve. Garnish it with finely chopped coriander.
