- Soak barnyard millet for half an hour.
- Add oil in kadhai, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, Curry leaves, Green chillies and stir it. Add all veggies to it and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to it, then add Foxtail millet to it. Stir it for a minute.
- Add 2.5 cup of water to it and let it cook for 10 minutes. Foxtail millet Upma is ready to serve. Garnish it with finely chopped coriander.
