- Keep it aside for half hour
- Now take a pan and and heat khoya on low flame for anout 5 to 10 min
- Allow it to cool.
- In the meantime make sugar syrup by adding 2 cups of sugar and 1 and 3/4 cup of water in a pan and heat on low flame.
- Now when the khoya is cooled down add bura,kishmish and chronji
- Now take the dough and make small poori on chakla.
- Fill the poori with khoya mix and close the poori by applying watery maita
- Take a kadai and add oil.Deep fry the gujiya but on low flame.
- Now let the gujiya get cooled down and then dip in the sugar syrup for 1-2min and take it out.
- Your heart shaped chasni gujiya is ready to serve.
