Steps to make #Jaggery:
- 1-Dry fruits ko juice me overnight or 5-6 hours ke liye soak karein. - Gud ko microwave me 30 -30 seconds ke gap me melt kar le.
- Mixing bowl me wet Ingredients ko Mix Karen. - Next usme melted Gud dal kar sabhi ko achhe se Mix kar le.
- Wet mixture me sieve kiya hua Dry mixture & soaked dry fruits ko dhire dhire se Mix Karen.
- Cup cake molds me dale & preheated air fryer me 160 par 16 minutes ke liye bake karein. - Delicious & healthy cup cake ready.
- Ap agar oven me bake karenge to preheated oven me 180 par 15-20 minutes tak bake karein & check karte rahe.
