- Get 1/2 cup little millet (or cous cous)
- Get 1/2 cup toor daal
- Take 1.5 tsp pure ghee
- Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

- Get 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
- Take 4 cherry tomatoes

Instructions to make Millet Kichdi:
- In a medium sized bowl, add the toor daal and millet. Wash and soak for 1 hour.
- Wash and chop all vegetables.
- In a pressure cooker, add ghee, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and green chilli. Fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the onions and fry for 1 minute, until translucent.
- Add all the vegetables.
- Add all the spices and fry for 2-3 mins.
- Drain out the water from the soaked daal-millet mixture.
- Add it to the pressure cooker and fry for 1 min.
- Add 2.5 cups of water.
- Pressure cook for 3 whistles.
- Dry roast the fenugreek leaves.
- Once the Kichdi is ready, add the fenugreek and mix well.
- Serve in a bowl with spicy potato crisps.
