  1. Wash and peel the mangoes, remove seeds and cut into chunks.
  2. In a micro proof bowl, add the mango chunks, ginger slices and 1 cup water.
  3. Cover and microwave for 10 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool completely and then drain out the water.
  5. Take a blending jar and add the boiled mango, mint leaves, sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala powder, ice cubes, water.
  6. Cover and blend it well.
  7. Strain the mixture.
  8. Garnish the glass top border with lemon juice and black salt.
  9. Pour the juice into the serving glass, add ice cubes and serve.
