  19. Prepare 1 tsp Dry ginger powder

Put the strained solution back in the pan and heat till it comes to a boil. Jaggery is an unrefined sugar made from cane or palm.   2. Ghee roasy dry fruits and keep it aside. Heat the ghee and roast sooji on sim for 10 minutes. Mix jaggery with 4 cups of water to boil. When it boils add roasted sooji and stir continusly so lumps are not farmed. Add ginger powder, cardamom powder and ghee roasted dry fruits. Jaggery sheera is ready.
