- Stir occasionally,cook till thickening of the milk
- Add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Add cashew nuts,raisins and almonds and mix well and turn off the flame.
- Once cooled add the crushed jaggery and mix well
- Garnish with almonds and serve.
It's really easy to make too! You can replace the sugar with coconut sugar or jaggery if you don't mind it changing the color of the dish. You can also use honey or maple syrup. I have used almonds in this recipe, you can also skip them. Add the blended carrot puree to the sabudana.
