- Soak kodo Millet for 10-min. Heat a pan add 3-cups of water when starts boiling add soaked kodo Millet salt and ghee and cook till done.
- Heat a pan add 1-tsp ghee, cumin, saunf when starts cracking add chilli, ginger, green garlic & onion saute for a while and add carrot add salt saute continuously add tricolor chopped capsicum and cook for a while and lastly add spinach and spring onion. Cook till done.
- Add cooked vegetables in kodo Millet mix well add salt as per taste if needed.
- Serve ready Healthy Kodo Millet Pulao in a plate garnish with chopped spring onion's green part and chopped green garlic.
