Instructions to make Chingri vapa or steamed prawn in Mustard seeds:
- Wash and clean the prawns, marinade with salt and turmeric powder for 10.mnts
- Soak mustard seeds and cumin seeds in hot water for 10 mnts.
- Make a paste of the mustard seeds using blender.
- Now take paste,curd in a bowl and beat using a spoon,add salt, green chilli, mustard oil and mix well. Add prawns and mix.
- Now marinade the prawns for 10 mnts
- Take a marinade prawns in a microwave proof bowl
- Cover the bowl and cook for 10 minutes.steamed prawns is ready.serve with hot rice.
