  1. Prepare 1 kg Full cream milk
  2. Prepare 50 gm Gobinda bhog rice
  3. Take 100 gm Dates jaggery
  4. Prepare 10-12 piece Cashew nuts:-
  5. Get 6-7 pieces Almonds
  6. Prepare 3 tbsp Raisin:-
  7. Get 1-2 piece Bay leaves
  8. Take 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp Ghee

  4. Then the kheer complitely cool then add dates jggery and nice stir.
  5. Garnishing some cashew and almonds.

So you should add more milk, water or coconut milk to adjust the consistency, check for taste. Add more sugar or jaggery syrup if needed.
