Steps to make Mawa And Jaggery Modak:
  1. To make mawa or khoya you need 3 litres of milk and continuously stir it. The milk will become thick and after much boil it will start leaving the sides of the utensil and will turn brown in colour.
  2. Mawa will start combining and will form in solid and turns brown, then off you gas flame. Let it cool.
  3. After cooling completely add Jaggery powder, Cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits. Mix it well so that everything gets combine very well.
  4. Now fill the stuffing in a modak mould and give a perfect shape. Now offer it to Ganpati g.
