- Peel the turmeric and make paste.
- Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan, saute the flour in it till golden brown. Remove in a plate.
- Now heat remaining ghee, and add turmeric paste. Cook it 8-10 min at low flame.
- Now add flour, stir it continuously. Cook it 2-4min.
- Now add milk. Mix it well.
- Add jaggery. Mix it well
- Now cover it and cook it 4-5 min. Add dry fruits and sesame seeds. Mix it cook for while and serve it.
