Steps to make Jaggery-Turmeric Halwa:
  1. Peel the turmeric and make paste.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan, saute the flour in it till golden brown. Remove in a plate.
  3. Now heat remaining ghee, and add turmeric paste. Cook it 8-10 min at low flame.
  4. Now add flour, stir it continuously. Cook it 2-4min.
  5. Now add milk. Mix it well.
  6. Add jaggery. Mix it well
  7. Now cover it and cook it 4-5 min. Add dry fruits and sesame seeds. Mix it cook for while and serve it.
