Steps to make Lasagne:
  1. Make thin slices of potatoes. Sock in salted water(add pinch of salt in water) for 5 minutes. After that remove starch and parboiled it in salted water. Add condensed milk and grated cheese to make it creamy and cheesy. - Keep stirring to make smooth mixure. Once it gets sauce like consistency, off the gas stove and pour the sauce on potato chips tray evenly. Sprinkle oragano and chilli flakes to taste.
  4. Now let's prepare veggies stuffing. Take one pan add onions and saute with oil. Then add cabbage, Tomato, capsicum and saute it.
  5. Add salt and black pepper powder to taste. Add tomato sauce and sezvan chutney, add red chilli sauce to get more spicer. Saute mixture for 2 mins and off the gas stove, spread mixture on white souce tray gently.
  6. Then grated cheese on top. Back tray in oven or pressure cooker until cheese get melted (hardly for 2 mins). - Here's your lasagne ready. Serve with cold drink.
