- First of all add yeast and sugar to a cup of warm milk.
- Stir lightly and allow it to prove.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and add the yeast mix into it.
- Make a smooth dough out of it.
- Knead it well for 5 minutes and cover.
- Allow it to rise by keeping it in a warm place for atleast 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, punch down the dough once and divide it into four portions.
- Divide further into 12 balls each
- In this way we will have 48 balls out of the 4 portions.
- Arrange them all closely just as to resemble a honeycomb.
- Give milk wash and sprinkle blackseeds or sesame seeds on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven on 180° for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Make sugar syrup of one string consistency with all the ingredients listed under it.
- While it's still hot and just out of the oven, pour this sugar syrup on top so as to drench it completely.
- Tadaa!!!!!! It's all ready to be devoured.
