- Wash basmati rice and soak in water for half an hour.

- Now take a pressure cooker pour 2tbsp oil and kathal ki sabzi…in this add rice which was soaked and 1-1 / 2 water and close the lid
- Give one whistle and switch off the gas
- Now garnish the biryani with fried onions and corriander leaves.
- Serve hot with curd….its very yummy.
